For over 15 years Joan has led the field in the application of intercultural skills for building successful teams and trading internationally.

Committed to assisting the process of empathy and understanding across cultures, she has been consultant to government, higher education institutes and trade agencies. Joan is a welcome advisor in many of the city's boardrooms, having advised multinationals and SME's alike.

Joan's experience ranges from facilitation of international negotiations to communications briefings for individual cultures. Her specific areas of expertise are China, Western Europe and North America. Her passion is to deploy real practical cultural tools in the service of harmonious and effective business dialogue and trade.
